Jacob Pierce, Esq.

Richmond, VA

Jacob focuses his practice on defending medical professionals. He has worked with individual healthcare providers in a wide range of medical specialties, including ER physicians, OB/GYNs, orthopedic surgeons, gastroenterologists, neurosurgeons, nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician’s assistants. Jacob also has represented hospitals, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and urgent care facilities.

Jacob has tried cases in federal and state courts throughout Virginia. He has obtained defense jury verdicts and numerous pretrial dismissals for his clients. Jacob treats each case individually, and works tirelessly to unwind the legal and medical complexities in order to create a strategic plan of action that will best serve his clients.

While completing his undergraduate degree, Jacob was a member of the Richmond Spiders Football team and was named a team captain during his senior season. He brings the same level of hard work, energy, and attention to detail when representing his clients as he did when he played on the football field.
