Congratulations to Byron J. Mitchell and Kristina L. Fattoum for their defense verdict in Fairfax Circuit Court. After a five-day jury trial, Byron and Kristina obtained a defense verdict for their orthopedic surgeon. Plaintiff alleged that the surgeon negligently transected her popliteal artery and veins during an arthroscopic knee surgery.
