Jennifer L. Stevens is a Partner at Mitchell, Simopoulos and Fattoum, where they concentrate their practice on medical malpractice defense, with a particular focus on representing individual physicians in multi-million-dollar litigation as well as Board of Medicine and Board of Nursing matters. Jennifer is known for taking decisive, strategic actions to protect physicians’ professional reputations, clinical judgment, and is known for decisive advocacy, rigorous preparation, and a steady courtroom presence in cases where a physician’s reputation and career are on the line.

Jennifer also has a subspecialty in representing hospital and long-term care facilities in the appointment of Guardian and Conservator matters, both contested and uncontested.
