Congratulations to Jodi Simopoulos and Christina M. Dwyer who obtained a defense verdict. After a two week jury trial in Norfolk Circuit Court, Jodi and Christina secured a defense verdict on behalf of their radiology defendants. Plaintiff alleged failure to timely diagnose breast cancer.
