Frances Miller focuses her practice on representing medical professionals from a variety of medical specialties in the defense of professional malpractice claims and professional regulatory investigations. Growing up with her father working as a physician gave Frances a personal appreciation for the professional challenges and demands healthcare providers face while they strive to deliver high-quality care to their patients.

Frances graduated cum laude from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Political Science. She discovered her passion for representing healthcare providers in complex litigation while working as a medical malpractice defense paralegal for three years before she attended law school. While attending the University of Richmond School of Law, Frances served as the Senior Notes and Comments Editor on the Executive Board of the University of Richmond Law Review and earned a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Research and Writing. She also interned for Richmond Circuit Court Judges The Honorable Beverly W. Snukals, The Honorable Clarence N. Jenkins, Jr., and The Honorable Bradley B. Cavedo. Frances graduated magna cum laude from The University of Richmond School of Law.
