Tara is a seasoned legal operations professional with more than a decade of combined experience as a management analyst and senior paralegal. She brings a proven ability to manage complex litigation, streamline processes, enhance trial preparation, and foster strong communication across all levels of the legal system. Throughout her career, she has advised senior leadership, coordinated complex case strategies, and served as a trusted liaison between attorneys, court staff, and the public. Her expertise spans agency management, litigation support, and operational efficiency.

Tara holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Education, graduating magna cum laude, both from Liberty University, as well as a paralegal certificate from George Mason University.
